Before we start to collect your information there are a few things you need to know:
  • Designate up to three Authorised Users to operate the account.
  • Complete the application process in less than 10 minutes.
  • This page will time out if left inactive for more than 30 minutes.
Applying for your new account
  • Kent Reliance business savings accounts are currently only available to Private Limited Companies.
  • You may designate up to a maximum of three individuals (Authorised Users) to operate the account on behalf of your Company.
  • Every Director and major Shareholder of your Company must be set up as an Authorised User.
  • Details about your Company and its Authorised Users will be retrieved and verified from Companies House and will not be editable within your application.
  • The Authorised Users will be subject to identification checks, therefore you must be able to provide the personal details for all Authorised Users.
  • Your Company will need to have a valid UK Bank or Building Society current account held in the Company’s name. The account must allow transfers to be made and received electronically and will be known as the nominated account. We will need the sort code and account number for the nominated account to complete the application.
Funding your new account
  • We will only accept deposits which have been electronically transferred from your nominated account.
  • Your Kent Reliance account will only be opened once we have received your initial deposit and we must receive this within 30 days of your application being approved.
Please make sure you have the following handy before starting the application
  • Current account details in your Company name that will be used as your nominated account.
  • The personal details for all Authorised Users including their email addresses.
  • Business registered address, including postcode (and trading address if different).
